If you've tried to contact me in the recent week and I havn't responded to you, I appologize.

Recently I've managed to turn into an official DA group and because I'm the founder (admins and mods tell me if this is happening to you too) the club's messages have merged with my own and it's a little confusing to sort through.

I am systematically picking off everything that I can, but it's taking a bit longer to manage than I thought that it would.

I also don't know what happened to the groups forums, but some reasponses from that have also appeared in my inbox and I'm not sure how to reply to them.

Oh gosh. I feel so bad that I forgot about the journal here, but I guess I better update this.

I'll only be attending two conventions in 2010: MegaCon [link] and RealmsCon [link]

The reason for this is because I'm due to have a baby right smack in the middle of summer con season!

I'm a little sad that I'll be missing out on AFO [link] this year, so you all should go and let me know how it is.

Okay great! So now I'm going to have to pay something like $200 just to switch the tags from a vehicle I sold, to a vehicle I own. JUST F***IN WONDERFUL!

Oh and then they shut down the online registration services so that people either HAVE to physically go to the DMV or wait until the web service kicks in again and pay the new rediculously high prices. There's nothing shady about that.

Do I go to DragonCon or not?

Usually this falls on an awkward weekend for me as it's WAY close to my wedding aniversary and my Husband doesn't care to go to conventions.

Normally I just skip out.

This year however, not only is the convention on a weekend that's mildly feasible, but I WILL BE IN TOWN because I'm helping move up there.

Here's the perplexion.

Alternatively I could go hiking, swimming, and generally have a lot of outdoor fun and relaxation for no cost while I'm up there. With this option I wouldn't have to worry about driving, gas, conventions fees, or costumes... and still have about the same level of fun.

Hmmm... ponder ponder ponder.

So how many of you are going to DragonCon? If nothing else it might be fun to come out and meet you all for dinner.
