Thank you for clearing up the confusion that I had in regards to where the traffic for this tutorial was coming from. I was very afraid that I somehow was spamming people... somehow.
As it turns out it was feature in an comics for beginners article post at this [link] .
It's actually a good read, and if you are planning on starting up a comic of your own, I would highly recommend looking it over.

Not really sure how I found this, but it's an EXCELLENT blog.
Brilliant.... Absolutely brilliant! I had been racking my brain on how I was gonna add speech bubbles to my future drawings, but your method is fantasticly simpler than what I had in mind! Thankyou!
I apologize for the lag in response. Life's been tearing me away from the computer more and more.
The best way that I've ever seen someone do text-bubbles by hand was by first measuring out the bubbles on the finish page using a template ([link]) and then using that same template to draw the bubbles on a different sheet of paper. They then drew the text in that area so that they could cut out the bubbles. After that they double-checked and made sure that the bubbles fit and if they did, would glue it down with post-it note glue (re-positionable if needed).
It's definitely not the easiest method, but It's a good one if you have to correct mistakes that may have been made along the way. ^_^;
